Job Responsibilities:

• Your day to day duties would focus around delivering world class service to our client accounts, working in partnership with key departments across Europe to achieve the strategic business plan, developing strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You will collaborate with our wholesale accounts and internal partners to ensure excellent order book management, from order book reconciliation through to invoice, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
• This position will be a point of contact for queries and provide creative solutions to any issues! You will work closely with other depts including supply chain, to ensure orders are delivered on time and will work cross functionally to track the products on their journey. You will support the sales team in monthly forecasting and where appropriate, identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
