Amazon currently seeks a diligent, dynamic and analytical Seller Fees Specialist to join the Seller Fees Strategy team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will help the team in various high impact fee strategy projects aimed at creating and nurturing long-term strategic relationship between Amazon and our third party selling partners. You will work closely with 3P country teams, WW fee strategy teams and will engage with senior leadership across Amazon during various stages of the annual fee review cycle. This is a high visibility role and will provide you with ample opportunity to exhibit and hone product management, marketing and analytical skills.
This role may be based in Luxembourg, Berlin, London, Paris, Milan or Madrid.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct annual benchmarking exercise to research and understand the economics of the third party sellers who sell both on and off Amazon.
Work with various business and account management teams to understand the seller pain points with respect to fee. Own/support/lead various fee projects aimed at addressing these pain points.
Own the fee related content published on various marketing and communication channels.
Support various stakeholders during the annual fee execution stream from announcement on marketing channels to implementation in fee tech engines.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, social sciences, or related field.
Command of research methodology, quantitative and qualitative. Proven track record in building and running customer research projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated experience producing customer-facing content.
Very good analytical skills and strong working knowledge of Excel.
Highly organized project manager. Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent team player with the ability to quickly learn internal tools and to work with a wide cross-section of colleagues and vendors in various locations.
Proficiency in SQL.
Fluency in one additional EU language (preferred German, French, Italian or Spanish)
