Key job responsibilities

Your Will Be Responsible For

This role will require someone who can take the initiative and produce results while collaborating with a talented team. To be successful, you need to be flexible, entrepreneurial and have a high level of ownership. You are a true owner – you are obsessed with the customer and drive relentlessly to optimize and improve the customer experience. You are comfortable with ambiguity, analytical and willing to develop quick prototypes, iterate and improve.

  • Producing designs that balance product opportunities, market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new initiatives
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, as well as Business Stakeholders and Executive Leadership
  • Incorporating feedback from the team, from customers, technical constraints, and usability findings into design
  • Establishing and maintaining detailed user-interface patterns
  • Producing design documentation with a noteworthy attention to detail
  • Communicating complex interactive design concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Mentoring junior talent

About The Team

The team fosters a collaborative culture, we all feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback either during Design Critiques or ad-hoc. We work closely with PM’s, Engineers and Stakeholders with the shared goal of building the best experience to our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Design experience
  • An available online portfolio
  • 6+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or similar design-related role
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating ability to create customer experiences across a range of touch-points as well as proficiency in UI and interaction design
  • Experience leading complex projects

  • Proven track record delivering results in a collaborative team, working directly with developers, stakeholders and end-customers
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and Visual Design

  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to communicate complex concepts and earning trust across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field, or commensurate industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for B2B and SaaS
  • Experience in AdTech
  • Experience working with enterprise design systems
  • Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
  • Experience mentoring designers
  • Able to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the organization in both written and verbal communication
  • Experience working cross-functionally and synthesizing feedback and input from leadership, product management and engineering
  • Ability to manage ambiguity to define, manage, and prioritize work
