The above post is on a 4 week rota which includes some weekend working and some public holiday working.

We require a caring and motivated staff member to join our team at Redfield Lodge.

You will work with people who are physically frail and also have mental health needs/Dementia; you will demonstrate the ability to provide personal care to a high standard, in a way that helps people maintain their independence and dignity.

Previous experience of working in a care setting is an advantage, and a NVQ2 or QCF 2in care is also desirable, or a willingness to undertake relevant training.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check
