Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with our content editors to understand and convey on-brand messages
  • Providing an input into how British Airways’ distribution technologies and APIs get the best out of our B2B solutions
  • Owning the day-to-day relationship with NDC service providers and global online booking tools
  • Working with the UK-based Customer Success team to help seamlessly embed our new technologies

Job Requirements:

  • Able to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
  • Confident in managing stakeholder relationships – you’ll bring the strong problem solving skills it takes to resolve diverse needs
  • Happy to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • An experienced account manager with an understanding of airline B2B distribution and software development
  • Digitally-minded – you don’t need to bring any specific technical knowledge, but you’ll know how to explain technical solutions to a range of customers
