We are looking for an individual who possesses special qualities, who can provide professional and efficient administrative support to our Payroll Manager and Head of Procurement.

If you are the person we seek, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

  • High level administrative skills, with close attention to detail
  • Outstanding ICT skills, with experience of maintaining and working with various software packages and IT systems
  • Outstanding communication skills; both in speech and in writing
  • Outstanding customer service skills providing an efficient and friendly point of contact for academies’ office staff with payroll queries
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Willingness to be flexible and support the Central team as and when required
  • Willingness to learn and develop with responsibility for own professional development
