  • partner business through change, gathering and translating requirements and ensuring quality delivery on design
  • partner with leaders to make sure initiatives needing Optimisation Centre support are understood and fed into the triage process to support roadmap planning and prioritisation
  • drive knowledge transfer from the OC into business areas, acting as the point of contact for end users
  • represent the team on large transformation programmes, providing the relevant input to process or solution design decisions and ensuring alignment with the team’s roadmap
  • provide advice on specific training needs and the development of training materials
  • identify risks and issues, taking ownership of delivering solutions and mitigation

This role would suit people who have:

  • an understanding of SAP programmes and end-to-end processes within a large and complex organisation
  • great communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling way
  • good influencing skills, with the ability to constructively challenge when necessary
  • a talent for building positive relationships with partners at all levels across the business

Why Co-op?

Here you’ll do work that matters. We’re a commercial organisation with a purpose beyond profit, you’ll have an opportunity to help us build a stronger Co-op and stronger communities. You’ll also get a package that includes:

  • competitive salary

  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 in line with service)
  • discounts on Co-op products and services
