Your role

As a Project Manager you will manage projects working with a range of clients and teams across our firm, that often have some degree of complexity. These projects will vary in nature and could be either technical or non-technical in nature. You will bring your project management skills, knowledge and expertise to lead teams to achieve success. You will build strong relationships with your stakeholders, understand their strategic direction, processes and requirements to become their trusted advisor on all elements of delivery. You will have experience of working with waterfall and/or agile methodologies with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, to support the client or business’ objectives. You will be accountable for delivering your projects and their alignment with the agreed benefits through a value driven approach.

You will have responsibility for:

· Management of assigned projects and the production of associated project plans, deliverables and artefacts

· Identifying and managing project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate, in a timely manner

· Establishing effective governance processes within the project team and across business stakeholders

· Developing and distributing timely status reporting with key metrics to appropriate stakeholders

· Implementing effective change control by ensuring project change/business impacts are assessed and communicated so all parties are aligned

· Ensuring project plans, resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date

· Managing/co-ordinating activities across the project team(s)

· Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team to deliver the required success

· Communicating with openness, honesty and respect in all situations and be adept at conflict resolution and direction setting

· Managing the expectations of senior stakeholders, appropriately influencing and gain buy-in to deliver the required outcome

· Ensuring projects deliver the expected outcomes and benefits
