Derby Homes are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and hardworking individual to oversee a busy supply chain team, mainly based at London Road, Derby. Central duties of the team are to ensure accurate inputting and updating of information into our housing management system, providing our trade staff with materials for repair jobs, auditing of trades van stocks and provision of management and job costing information to aid decision making.
The successful applicant will need to have prior experience in supervising staff, have a proactive attitude and be able to manage multiple projects at any one time. Future projects will involve; reprocurement of our material supplier, electrification of the Derby Homes fleet and introduction of new computer systems. You will need to be self-motivated, pick-up tasks quickly and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
