Job Description:
The Digital Coordinator will be part of the DMED Technology team in EMEA, a unit responsible for digital products and properties across the region. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with digital skills to work within a digital team, working collaboratively with editorial, technical, product and marketing stakeholders. The Digital Coordinator will be involved in a truly international and digital working environment, in a department which is responsible for the digital presence of some most powerful brands in the entertainment and media ecosystem, especially Disney.
Job Responsibilities:
- Content collation and delivery: incorporate inputs, requirements and dates from the team and lines of business as required (e.g. Producers, design)
- Coordinate content calendars that will change regularly to reflect multiple shifting priorities and communicate accordingly
- Support the Producers in working with SEO tools to optimise content for digital distribution via search engines, social and CRM.
- Work with Producers and line of business contacts to coordinate site reviews and sign offs within agreed processes and timescales
- Schedule, publish and optimise content updates and projects for the site, using content management systems and web analytics tools
- Work collaboratively within a large team, but also manage tasks independently
- Sub-edit and proof-read content following agreed style guidelines
