Do you have a passion for using case studies to tell compelling and emotive stories?

At Dogs Trust we are proud of the difference we make to thousands of dogs and their owners, and we are now looking for a Case Study Manager to help our teams share our inspirational stories with different audiences.

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 14,000 dogs; we never put down a healthy dog. The Content team is part of the Digital Experience team, which plays a central role at Dogs Trust. We help people know, love, and understand the charity and take action to support the charity’s work, and storytelling is at its core

In this unique role, you’ll work in collaboration with key stakeholders from across the organisation’s 22 rehoming centres and head office, to establish and steward Dogs Trust’s approach to creating and making use of case studies and stories. You will develop a clear plan for identifying stories and interviewing case studies, ensuring a good geographical spread and a commitment to celebrating diversity.

With exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, you will have strong experience in interviewing case studies and telling their stories empathetically and sensitively. As an excellent communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships, you will have a brilliant understanding of consent, compliance, data protection and safeguarding measures.

In return for all of this, we have a comprehensive benefits package, which includes excellent annual leave and pension allowances, and you will join a team of highly professional and driven colleagues in a brilliant upbeat and collaborative environment, all with a genuine passion for dog welfare.

To apply for this position please click the APPLY NOW button. Our application process requires you complete an application form and a covering letter explaining your interest and suitability for the role.
