Role Title: Housing Adaptations Officer
Base: Remote Working
Salary details: Grade 7, £22,119 – £24,815 (Pay award pending)
Contract Type: Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Adaptations Officer to provide comprehensive support in the delivery of Housing Adaptations. The ideal candidate will have understanding in building construction, measuring, designing and all aspects of building works. You will provide advice to the clients with regard to proposed adaptations, prepare specifications and technical drawings for adaptation work. You will manage adaptation works, monitoring work and supervising contractors on site and carrying out post completion inspections. We are looking for an individual willing to learn and to be part of a team that will successfully deliver this statutory service. Previous experience in this type of work is essential.
