ORCHARD HILL COLLEGE ACADEMY TRUST
Scale 3/4, £22,573 – £24,680 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (subject to salary review)
Location: Sutton, Surrey
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is a family of specialist education providers for over 1500 pupils and students from nursery to further education across 15 academies and 8 college centres in London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. Supporting our academies and college, OHC&AT also operate learning support, such as nursing and therapy, and business support services.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and well organised individual to join our Estates & Facilities team. We are looking for someone who can work in a busy environment to help facilitate the smooth running of the business operations. This post is varied and two days are never the same, so we are looking for someone that is dynamic but can keep their calm under pressure, can juggle numerous tasks daily, build positive internal and external relationships, problem solve and ensure deadlines are met.
