Premises Assistant

Start date: ASAP

Salary: Ark Support Scale 5: Pay Points 5-13 £23,836 to £27,494 (pro rata salary £17,883 to £20,627)

Hours: Shift work (7AM-1PM / 1PM TO 7PM) term time only plus 2 weeks

Location: Ark Brunel, Ladbroke Grove, London

In order to help us achieve our vision for success, we are looking to appoint a Premises Assistant to support our Premises Manager. You will assist in resolving issues quickly and effectively, in order to maintain a safe, clean, secure pleasant learning environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for locking and securing the site in order to maximise the security of the site. You will oversee contractors providing services to the Academy in the absence of the Premise Manager. You should have good IT skills and have a working knowledge of site maintenance.
