We have a fantastic opportunity at a mainstream Primary school in Feltham to work with students with SLD ASD requirements across KS1 and KS2 . The role requires an adaptable, teaching assistant to work in both a 1-2-1 capacity and in group settings assisting the class Teacher deliver the curriculum effectively.

The perfect candidate will have had at least 6 months experience working 1-2-1 with SEN student(s). The school requires a staff member who is confident working with a range of SEN needs including ASC, ADHD, Asperger’s, and Challenging Behaviour. Other additional experience that is not required but is beneficial; includes first aid training and ability to offer some aspects of personal care when needed. The school day commences at 8:30am and finished anytime between 3:30pm and 4:00am dependant of staff meetings.

This is a role that requires a truly caring member of staff, being a support base for this non- verbal student, boosting his confidence both socially and academically.
