About the Role:

Adults’ Health and Care Brokerage Team is looking to recruit a
Senior Brokerage Assistant to join us and support our fast-paced and continuously evolving work services.

The team is responsible for sourcing and securing care for vulnerable adults and ensuring accurate financial records maintained, enabling accurate provider payments and service user billing in respect of their care. We are seeking to appoint a positive and motivated Individual who enjoys working in a diverse and dynamic environment, has a methodical approach, and a key eye for detail, especially whilst working closely with the inputting of financial data.

With an enthusiastic approach, you will place real value in customer service and have excellent communication skills. You need to enjoy, and actively form part of a team as well as being able to prioritise work to meet predefined deadlines. Whilst a high level of administrative skills including an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft programmes and experience of working with databases and spreadsheets is desirable, it is equally important that you are quick to pick up new skills, have good attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of learning new things.
