Salary Range: £27,009 – £30,101 per annum (Pro rata for part time hours)


Work Location: Elizabeth II Court, Winchester (With travel throughout Hampshire)


Hours per week: Full or part time considered


Contract type: Permanent & fixed term roles available, and flexible working hours including term time only

Are you a professional, motivated, and have experience of delivering community learning to adults? Could you help your community to upskill to improve employability and mental health via learning?

This is an exciting and diverse opportunity to join a dedicated team, to support adults aged 19+ both online and face to face across Hampshire.

Hampshire Achieves is the service within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services department with responsibility for the delivery of the Council’s
Adult Community Learning, the new
Multiply maths-based project and
Apprenticeships.

Due to the expansion, we are seeking to recruit professional, motivated, and experienced
Learning and Skills Tutors to join the team and to undertake teaching activities including Sector Based employability programmes and wellbeing programmes.

We are looking for candidates to support our growth of Multiply and Adult Community Learning in the following areas:


Children & Young People / Early Years • First Aid (including Paediatric)


• Health & Social Care • Health & Safety


• Warehousing & Logistics • Manual Handling


• Construction • Sign Language / Makaton


• Business Administration • Wellbeing


• Maths & English • Digital Skills

  • English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

The Role:

We have full and part-time opportunities including casual and fixed term contracts supported by flexible working arrangements and a commitment to continual professional development.


This is an exciting and diverse opportunity to join a dedicated team, working with adults aged 19+ both online and face to face across Hampshire.


We are holding informal information events on Tuesday 27th September and Tuesday 18th October 2023 at 4pm and 6pm – MS Teams, where you can meet the Adult Community Learning, Multiply and Apprenticeship teams, to discuss our opportunities and your skills, in more detail. We also have opportunities and are looking for candidates who have a variety of skills including Apprenticeships delivery.

For our
apprenticeship provision, we are looking for candidates who have current sector specialism and can deliver or would be willing to train to support the following programmes.
