Job Description:

The technician role includes Customer Service support to our front-line customers with functions including processing of returns, written correspondence and customer service centres. Contributing to resolution of customer queries and complaints including drafting and data provision as required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • These roles are supporting customers Out of Hours Teams with specified working patterns
  • On the late pattern we will also require cover for Saturday and Sunday day, that means 1 weekend every month you will work 8am to 4pm instead of 4pm to 12pm.
  • The working days are 365 days per year including bank holidays.
  • You will be part of the Customer Service Team providing caseworker support on various customs processing products supporting authorisations, border clearance and accounting functions
