The technician role includes Customer Service support to our front-line customers with functions including processing of returns, written correspondence and customer service centres. Contributing to resolution of customer queries and complaints including drafting and data provision as required.
- These roles are supporting customers Out of Hours Teams with specified working patterns
- On the late pattern we will also require cover for Saturday and Sunday day, that means 1 weekend every month you will work 8am to 4pm instead of 4pm to 12pm.
- The working days are 365 days per year including bank holidays.
- You will be part of the Customer Service Team providing caseworker support on various customs processing products supporting authorisations, border clearance and accounting functions
