Advance the People Teams impact by championing the Training & Comms team as part of HRIS programme. Enabling clusters of European countries go live with a single solution, aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.

The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.

We are looking for a Training and Comms Lead for a hands-on, remote role leading the communication messaging in a HRIS solution implementation across Europe.

Supporting the designing, planning and creation of, e-learning, templates , policies, and procedures for a European wide HRIS roll out. These will then be translated and altered for local territories so string governance and easily digestible content is crucial.

key duties/responsibilities

  • Work closely with the solution team, quality assurance team and European project teams with training and communication material creation.
  • Support the creation of content and training plans for the HRIS solution. Such as creating training materials, videos, interactive workbooks, and much more.
  • To work with all project stakeholders and European colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and accuracy of information.
  • To support training and development of the European training in the full rollout with content and virtual training.

skills/experience/knowledge needed

  • Relevant experience in an internal communications role, ideally in-house, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones
  • Understanding of various channels of internal communication in a hybrid environment, including with managing an intranet.
  • Proven delivery in a change management function.
  • A keen interest in business change readiness within a technical function.
  • Ability to make decisions based on analytical information.
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks to meet business needs.
