Role Overview :

The main purpose of this role is to support the Change Lead, People Team and wider buisness in driving business growth through accurate and effective change implementation for people operations processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Own change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
  • Understand and translate stakeholder requirements to identify relevant system configuration solutions.
  • Conduct swift and accurate systemic updates following Group acquisitions / software updates / process changes, as required by the business.
  • Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives within the People Team.
  • Apply a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Evaluate the impact of planned organisational change within the wider JD People Group.
  • Escalate identified risks and resistance to change and support the Change Lead with mitigation tactics.
  • Support development of, and delivery of, communications and training materials relevant to change initiatives.
  • Effectively prioritise and deliver multiple change iniatives concurrently, ensuring all requirements delivered on time and in budget.
  • Conduct robust change and regression testing.

Work in collaboration with the Change Lead and wider people team to deliver the Group people strategy

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Experience of working within a change team (Ideally 1+ years)
  • Experience with HRIS and People systems preferred
  • Understanding of People processes
  • Ability to think outside the box and solutionise
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Attention to detail
  • Passionate about making a difference and driving continuous improvement
