What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the scaling of the Data Quality framework across BAU teams, including ongoing governance
  • Drive activities supporting consistent data management practices across functional teams
  • Drive data mining and analytics for streamlining / commercialization opportunities
  • Conduct thematic analysis across the multiple data repositories to help define priority areas
  • Partner with AI, Data Analytics organization to socialize and implement the Data strategy
  • Report on status and impact of data initiatives to senior management

Skills Required

  • Consolidated experience in Financial Services with an understanding of Operations, Tech, Risk & Controls
  • Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality & Analytics
  • Excellent project management & business analysis skills & a track record of delivery and execution
  • Effective change management skills – ability to support & adapt within a changing environment
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high standard
  • Proven ability to work with globally dispersed project teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, , including regular updates at all levels up to senior management
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships across lines of business to achieve goals
  • Understand the business and control environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results
