The role focuses specifically on Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Corporate Actions and income service. As a member of the Client Facing Team, you will act as interface directly between the client and the wider corporate actions and income functional teams, providing query / issue resolution and enabling the smooth processing of all events. Voluntary event management will be a particular focus, ensuring clients are notified of short fuse / non-standard details to mitigate our risk and enhance their service.
