Team Description: The Fixed Income Middle Office operate within a dynamic environment supporting the bond securities front office trading business as a market leader across multiple asset classes, supporting developed and emerging market clients trading with JPMorgan. Client Service processes are continually developing to adapt with changing product and client needs, leveraging new digital technologies and adopting data led solutions. Our teams operate within a highly controlled and regulated environment, adapt to constantly moving priorities, and ultimately develop as subject matter experts. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for personal growth and development by joining a high profile team that works closely with Front Office Sales, Traders, Operations and external clients. The role can be demanding and therefore requires somebody with exceptional attention to detail, highly energetic, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and the ability to prioritize and think creatively. The role is for a part time position up to 19.5 hours per week and can be part of a job share arrangement or independent.

Key Responsibilities

The role will share responsibility for the following processes covering the whole department, which operates out of 6 global locations.

These processes include but are not limited to the following:

  • Client experience agenda: using multiple strategies to help our organization achieve its client goals
  • Process improvement and transformation agenda: be part of a global organization transforming our operating model and technology changes
  • People agenda: support and strengthen our team’s ability to operate successfully
  • Data & Controls governance; improving data quality and strengthening controls. Requirements of the Role

  • Proven ability to network across multiple teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional time management with self-starter aptitude
  • Ability to cope well under pressure with limited supervision whilst working to multiple deadlines
  • Analytical and problem solving skills who can demonstrate thought leadership and attention to detail
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Power Point, Excel and Alteryx
