As the Governance Lead for Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), you will be responsible for running the GTI Technology Controls Forum (TCF) and working with the senior leaders in the organization to ensure the appropriate actions are taken from the TCF. You will also be responsible for running key operational risk and and control meetings across the entire organization which will include the GTI Issue Review Board, the monthly All Hands meeting for all Risk & Controls staff and the weekly Information Security Management (ISM) operational meeting.

You will be the central point of contact for all GTI Risk portfolio governance issues and will represent GTI on key, firm wide governance forums. You will drive consistent reporting at the GTI and Product Line level and help define and track standard OKRs that will be used to measure the success of Product Owners when it comes to Risk and Controls

Required Skills And Experience

  • Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies
  • Deep experience working in a technology risk and controls environment
  • Excellent Risk and Controls Knowledge, with knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills, with experience operating and effectively communicating at the most senior level
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to influence the organization to get behind the risk and controls agenda
