The governors of our caring, friendly academy wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly effective Site Manager to join our team. The role is varied with elements of building maintenance, site security, supervision of contractors and cleaning.

We are looking for people who want to join our remarkable team, be part of the next chapter of our school and work with children whose respect for one another and their community is “breath-taking”.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is reliable and able to work as part of a supportive team;
  • has a calm and friendly approach;
  • is aware of Health & Safety issues;
  • has computer skills to use the site system, EVERY;
  • has the physical ability to carry out manual handling tasks i.e., lifting, climbing, and moving items;
  • enjoys the challenge of a busy and varied role;
  • enjoys working as part of a hardworking and happy team.

We are seeking someone who can support the Principal by taking responsibility for the management of the site and associated facilities. The successful candidate would also be expected to manage the site staff and oversee external contractors working on site.
