The Trainee Manager Programme is the first step on the journey to leading and inspiring teams, within one of our £multi-million UK restaurants.

From the minute you join us, our values will guide how you lead our people on the shop floor and shape the experiences you provide for our customers.

You’ll work together with our crew, crew trainers, customer care teams and managers of all levels who will support you on your intensive learning journey.

The initial stages of learning can take up to nine months, with regular progress check ins along the way.

When you move through the initial training stage, you will be promoted to a 2nd Assistant Manager, and become an even bigger part of the core restaurant management support system.

From there, your journey could take you to 1st Assistant, Business Manager and beyond!

Job responsibilities

Open to Graduates or those with relevant experience either working in a customer facing environment or leading and managing teams.

You understand how important the customer experience is and you are driven to inspire your team to think outside the box when it comes to delivering customer satisfaction.

It’s critical that you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved from the outset and you will need to adapt to a fast-paced learning schedule.
