NCA Careers – Evaluation Manager

About the job

Using the Kirkpatrick model, the post holder will monitor the effectiveness of training at a delivery level to ensure course content remains relevant, through to how the training is benefitting the organisation. They will provide advice and guidance to all Learning Facilitators, Learning SPOCs, Specialist Training Teams, Departmental Trainers and the wider business. Reports will be prepared to present evaluation data to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and relevant boards and committees.
