As part of the NCA’s Strategy Directorate, the Communications Team plays a vital role in promoting and supporting the NCA’s mission of leading the UK’s fight against serious and organised crime

We tell our story effectively, conveying what the NCA does, explaining why it is important and how the public, businesses and our partners can help to keep the UK safe from complex and corrosive crime threats.

The Communications Team, which includes media, digital, internal comms, and campaigns specialists, work closely together and with a variety of internal and external partners to land our messages with target audiences.

The team’s activity has contributed directly to the capture of wanted international fugitives, the safeguarding of vulnerable people, and widespread public action to mitigate crime threats.
