Job Description:

With a solid base of research, you’ll consider what a loyalty scheme looks like for Twinkl and how we can use this strategy to shift the dial on some of our key metrics – acquisition, retention and engagement, ensuring that the scheme has influence on these key areas. You’ll consider a range of approaches and how they link to user behaviour, as well as considering how loyalty should be rewarded – through merch, discounts within the Twinkl ecosystem and partner offers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Looking for opportunities to drive spend and member engagement
• Leading a small team to run the associated social communities
• Analysis and reporting of KPIs
• Close working with stakeholders and other teams within the business
• Creating the loyalty scheme strategy
• Using the product/service development roadmap to bring it into fruition
• Looking for opportunities to drive spend and member engagement

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• English GCSE Grade C or equivalent minimum, with exceptional spelling and grammar skills
• Experience in developing partnerships and working with external agencies
• Experience working in the education sector would be beneficial
• Commercial experience, or experience of running/creating a loyalty programme
