Job Description:

The role will involve supporting the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator with running and managing projects, the Strategic Partnerships Marketing Executive with launching partnerships and managing campaigns, and actioning key points from the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and coordinating with international teams.
  • Helping to lead our key charity partnerships ranging from Comic Relief to Save The Children.
  • Handling incoming partnership requests, new leads, and internal and external ideas for collaboration.
  • Liaising with leading partners to action key points and setting out key plans.
  • Being a key point of contact for the partnerships team within the business and keeping stakeholders updated on new and exciting projects.
  • Working with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships Manager to help deliver key projects with partners.
  • Supporting the Strategic Partnerships Marketing Executive to launch and manage marketing communications for all global and cross-segment partnerships, including content creation and working with Country Managers and Segment Managers to ensure partnerships reach as far as possible.
  • Supporting the Partnerships Coordinator in leading team production, including running meetings, and focus groups and creating key actions.
  • Liaising and coordinating with international teams.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience in operations or in an executive role would be desirable.
  • An interest in helping teachers and parents.
  • Has had experience in working in a fast-paced environment
