Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, driven and creative individual to lead our new AV team within Twinkl CPD. You’ll be working closely with the Digital CPD and Training Manager, and the AV team to create everything from Audio soundbites to Webinars . The aim is to react quickly to things that our customers are looking for on the Twinkl website and create AV resources to suit their needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the AV production team to help check resources (quality control).
- Working with the wider business, helping to develop products and working with the CPD team on new projects and products.
- Creating and developing your own content and ensuring you also hit your own KPIs and targets.
- Attend daily stand-ups with your team and help prioritise work.
- Working with the content AV team and wider CPD team in creating digital AV resources, site copy and much more, focusing on helping all different types of people in the education sector.

- Knowledge of educational terminology
- Degree or relevant in education (For example, PGCE, BEd or diploma).
Qualification & Experience:
- Have knowledge of the EYFS Framework and/or primary curriculum in England.
- Have recent experience of working in schools.
- Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to projects.
- Have excellent SPaG skills and use this within the editing element of your role.
- Demonstrate excellent educational knowledge
- Be able to execute on projects – we are looking for people who like to get things done!
- Have effective time management skills.
- Be comfortable pivoting from current projects to new opportunities as they arise.
- Show the ability to work under your own initiative and take your own creative direction with minimum supervision.
- Be comfortable in prioritising, organising and project planning.
- Have knowledge of the EYFS Framework and/or primary curriculum in England.
- Have recent experience of working in schools.
