We’re looking for a great teammate who will take ownership over the products, features and services we look after. Being focussed on the team means a lot to us, you will support your colleagues with technical advice and help us grow our more junior DevOps engineers.

Your team will look after our Azure infrastructure and its definition in Infrastructure as Code. You will keep this code under source control and deploy it using a CI/CD pipeline. You’ll be part of the centralised Shared Application Services engineering capability within Home Office and as such will have opportunities to automate across the entire department.

  • driving adoption of new tools so teams they can improve their integration approaches; developing new or improved support processes for users

What you’ll bring…

You’ll have a demonstrable passion for automation and software development, with the following skills or proven experience in:

• provisioning services on Azure

• automation of repeatable tasks

• configuration of monitoring and alerting to support production services

• building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• infrastructure as code

• source control using GIT
