The role is designed to maintain focus on delivery of continuous improvement and innovation benefits, across DBS.
You will work in partnership with like-minded colleagues via the Empowering Improving Working Group (EIWG) embedded in the organisation and a network of Empowerment Change Agents across MOD.
The role reports directly into the CI Lead role and you will be trusted to take responsibility for designing and delivering a wide range of CI tools & techniques which will involve confident engagement and communication skills, strong focus on delivering quality outcomes to the CI plan and organisational priorities. Delivering work on your own and working closely with stakeholders, building a strong rapport and effective relationships across DBS and with Senior Leadership Teams.
What You Will Bring To DBS
We are looking for the right individual who:
- Has lived experience of delivering a wide range of improvement projects of varying complexity and scale, and adapted methods to collaborate with stakeholder groups and unique situations.
- Is a self-starter with a natural ability to build relationships effectively with others and maintain those across the department and is an experienced innovative thinker able to generate practical and creative options for improvement and translate these easily to others.
- Displays confidence in handling and interpreting a wide range of data and data sources to help diagnose and resolve problems with an aptitude for developing and utilising power bi products to benefit the business.
- Can evidence strong stakeholder engagement skills, and tailoring messages appropriately, working with others to achieve the right business and strategic outcomes and influence and guide others through uncertainty.
