As we look to the future, we are seeking an exceptional leader to bring together the resource planning and delivery teams for our operational areas (including Airports, Cabin Crew and Pilots). The role holder will provide leadership and overall strategic direction to a team of 250+ colleagues, ensuring the right people are in place across our operational areas, delivered at the right time and in an efficient way. The job holder will impact the working lives of approximately 20,000 colleagues and will influence a people budget of £2.5bn, directly contributing to the future success of our business.
