Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the VP, Original Production in the recruitment of new roles at Director level for the PM team (recently signed off by the business).
  • Shaping and Planning Productions – ensuring commissioning requirements are fully understood from greenlight, pricing, financing and commercial exploitation.
  • Manage and Deliver Productions – to understand compliance with Disney policies, guidelines, legislative and regulatory requirements in order to minimise risk.
  • Plan and Manage Production Finances – setting, approving, reviewing and monitoring budgets. Achieving margins and recoveries. Extensive Co-Production experience and working with Service Companies. Again, working with £ multi-million slates.
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance against objectives and key performance indicators.

  • End-to-end production expertise with a strong level of technical understanding
  • Excellent budget management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of commissioning and green light
