Job Description:

This role sits within the Corporate Communications team that delivers all Internal Communications across the various Disney businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The Internal Communications function has grown in need and sophistication over the past few years and we are looking for a proven Internal Communications advisor to join our high performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Senior Manager on managing MyDisneyToday, The Walt Disney Company’s new, global intranet and all other internal communications channels
• Developing the Internal communications editorial calendar and working around the organisation to identify, research, draft and edit stories for the intranet
• Organising and managing employee awareness raising campaigns via internal communications channels and employee events
• Supporting the team with drafting communications for Senior Executives e.g. emails, speeches
• Measuring and reporting on the impact of our channels
