We solve complex fulfillment problems to enable key business initiatives with high impact to Amazon’s growth. Our products enable to fulfill products using different WMS solutions with the Amazon fulfillment network. Our solutions cater to the needs of multiple fast growing business in Amazon across multiple regions like NA, EU, IN.

We are looking for a senior SDE who is passionate to architect, design and build large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software solutions. The ideal candidate will set an example and coach other SDEs in the team on building extensible and scalable solutions to solve multi-region critical complex business features. If you are a Software Engineer with a flair to solve ambiguous business problems and own it from design to production with little direction, then this is the place for you.

As a member of this team, you will get the opportunity to work on highly visible, innovative projects that directly affect the customer experience. You will be involved in all the aspects of the software development cycle including scoping, design, implementation, testing, delivery, and support of your product. Basic Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures & algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Knowledge of, at least, one modern programming language such as Java.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• A good engineer will demonstrate that they can proactively and continually improve their level of knowledge about Amazon’s business and relevant technologies, and use this knowledge to deliver high quality, accurate software deliverables.
• Clear, professional communication skills able to contribute to team discussions, knowing when to contribute, when to listen, and when to ask questions.
• Experience in object oriented design developing in a UNIX or Linux environment.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
