Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners, ranging from individuals to large retailers. We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to lead the FBA Small and Light Program in the UK.

In this role, you will work with Sales, Business, Product and Ops teams and be responsible to 1) define and deliver on the FBA Small and Light recruitment goal in EU and topline goal in UK, 2) manage a team of 6 account and project managers and 3) own initiatives at EU level to improve the Selling Partner experience on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and delivering through high performing teams, working with cross-functional, international stakeholders and excellent communication.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering a strategy to meet the Fulfilment by Amazon Small and Light EU recruitment goal and UK topline goal.
  • Leading and developing a team of direct reports to recruit new Selling Partners and make them successful across Europe.
  • Collaborating with Program Management and Operations teams to improve FBA Small and Light offering.
  • Providing business updates to UK and EU senior leadership on FBA Small and Light performance.
  • Owning and sponsoring initiatives to improve Selling Partners experience on the Fulfilment by Amazon program.

Key job responsibilities

  • 5+ years experience in business development / sales / sales-engineering / consulting (top-tier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and e-commerce sectors.
  • 3+ years experience successfully leading and developing teams of direct and indirect reports
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills.
  • Experience leading business analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation at scale.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across business-development, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in business development / sales / sales-engineering / consulting (top-tier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and e-commerce sectors.
  • 3+ years experience successfully leading and developing teams of direct and indirect reports
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills.
  • Experience leading business analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation at scale.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across business-development, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts up to Director / VP level.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bias for action.
  • Thinking strategically and executing methodically.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
