Job Summary

DESCRIPTION

Amazon is creating a portfolio of Private Label Brands across a range of categories: building brands and products that customers love with low prices and fast delivery. We are looking for a Manager to lead Licencing, one of our newest Private Brands businesses, in Europe. We connect manufacturers and consumers, by licencing Amazon Private Label Brands to manufacturers to develop and sell products under. We enable Selling Partners to quickly reach Amazon customers via our established brands and dedicated merchandising; and rapidly expand Amazon Private Brands selection for customers.

This role will lead the Sales and Account Management team for our Licenced Brands programme, working to onboard and grow manufacturers for our brands: Presto, Sekoa, Umi, Eono, Lifelong, Kitzy, and more. You will own our European recruitment strategy, lead and develop our Licenced Brands team, and drive product and process improvements with our worldwide partner teams.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with proven abilities to learn continuously, listen to customers, and influence across functions and geographies. You will have a high degree of ownership and a passion to pilot, test-and-learn, and build new services in an early stage Amazon programme. You also know how to pivot between thinking creatively about the vision and challenges, and driving fast implementation to deliver results.

Anticipating challenges/bottlenecks and balancing business objectives against constraints to move projects forward quickly.
