Job Summary

DESCRIPTION

The Sales Marketing team supports the Twitch Ad Sales team through the integration of strategy, content, demand generation and event programs. Our goal is to develop the B2B Twitch brand, educating and inspiring brands and agencies to work with Twitch to reach our valuable audience. Responsibilities of this team include collateral creation, case studies, branded content, digital marketing, events and client hospitality.

The Sales Marketing Manager will report to the EMEA Sales Marketing Director based in London. You will develop and activate strategies to grow and support the Twitch Ads sales teams in the UK, and lead marketing for Twitch Gameplan, Twitch’s official external training program and advertising certification designed to help advertisers and agencies master the power of Twitch.

You will be an accomplished marketer who has experience working across the full marketing mix for an international business, including events, collateral creation and digital marketing.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to identify, assess and activate at third party events to build brand awareness with media agencies, brands and creative agencies
  • Create Owned and Operated Twitch event program in the UK
  • Develop sales collateral, including sales packages, sponsorship decks, presentations, videos and infographics, ensuring that the sales narrative aligns with the global story and is packaged to support UK & multi-market deals
  • Work with sales teams to ensure that sales narratives are communicated and understood, collect feedback on how to improve stories for the region to build awareness, enable sales, and increase revenue
  • Scope out relevant industry awards, and work with sales leadership to identify campaigns and write compelling award entries
  • Maintain campaign case study library
  • Report on Sales Marketing activity, highlighting insights, success and attributions
  • Work with digital and content teams to construct comprehensive and effective outbound marketing campaigns
  • Lead global marketing strategy and execution for Twitch Gameplan, including crossover with AMER & APAC (notably occasional calls with Sydney, Australia, GMT +9/10 hours)

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience planning, creating and delivering premium, engaging digital campaigns for a sales organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of the media and advertising industry
  • Experience creating B2B sales event activations is essential
  • Experience writing copy and creating presentations to reach potential and existing advertisers
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in quantifying the impact of sales marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in (a) European language(s)
  • A gaming background
  • The ability handle changing graphics in Photoshop
  • Experience managing the production of videos, infographics
  • Experience with Pardot or similar email marketing system
