We are looking for a dynamic, organized, Design, Content and Digital Marketing Manager to support the Last Mile Delivery Service Provider team in driving engagement with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) leads interested in joining Amazon’s new entrepreneur program.

This role will be embedded in the EU DSP acquisition team, responsible for defining content and digital marketing needs and executing a best-in-class content vision by leveraging available Worldwide assets and developing EU specific ones where required. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with strategic communications / program management skills and experience, and strong graphic design ability and digital marketing/martech tools. In partnership with the EU Senior Lifecycle Marketing manager, we will be looking for someone who is excited about owning the creative and content roadmap for DSP 2.0 in EU.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Define EU content strategy in line with country specific requirements
  • Develop EU specific briefs (asset and content) to the global design team
  • From the ground-up, create high-quality and locally relevant assets to help drive lead generation across advertising, email marketing, social media
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing content, and consistently test & learn how to improve key KPIs
  • Own the content marketing calendar to help drive engagement
  • Lead web designs and updates. Be proficient on martech and design tools as Seismic, Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL , CRM, Adobe Tools, Youtube Analytics, Digital Asset Management, UX/UI
  • Lead Digital Marketing tools like SEO, PPC, Keyword Optimization, E mail marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid search, Video Marketing
  • Experience in Copywriting and communication management

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficient in English
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
  • Experience in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and all major design tools
  • Experience using multiple martech/ad tech capabilities in the following areas:

○ Data Infrastructure

○ Analytics/Reporting

○ Audience Management & Decisioning

○ Content Management

○ Marketing Automation and Engagement Engines – Cross/Channel Journey

  • Experience using Digital Marketing Tools: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Pardot, Lego (or another CMS, since Lego is proprietary), Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Target , Sizmek (SAS)
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills Experience in Copywriting and communication management
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in interacting with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong balance of creative and organization skills
  • Sense of brand and editorial voice; the ability to harmonize creative content across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
  • Experience managing teams of designers, digital marketers and copyrwriting
  • Languages: SQL, Javascript or Python
