We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise Marketing team, driving adoption programs among existing customers at scale through multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver the right message, at the right time, every time.

You will be responsible for the definition of customer-focused programs, development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns targeting our existing customer base; working closely with a wider range of Global and pan-European stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Business Development, as well as external agencies.

A successful candidate will have strong writing, communication and project management skills, along with a proven track record executing integrated campaigns that drive customer education, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing manager who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the definition, development, production, and optimization of integrated campaigns, focused on key Amazon Business themes and products that are designed to increase customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build scalable processes and mechanisms to allow for pan-EU execution across various countries, including program KPI definition and reporting.
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define and implement integrated campaign strategies.
  • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide insights around campaign results, effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for campaign optimizations.
  • Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing for technology products or services, SaaS or Software experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Marketo) and web publishing tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress)
  • Experience building and managing reports or dashboards within a CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, QuickSight) to identify campaign insights and optimize performance
  • Excellent English language skills (any other European language is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Project management skills with track record of delivering results in cross-country organizations
  • Proven understanding of how to implement strategies to nurture customers, drive engagement, and accelerate the purchase process
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
