Are you looking to work in an innovative area of the business, enabling a unique Seller and Customer experience to help drive growth in a strategically important Marketplace program?

The UK Heavy & Bulky team are seeking a Partner Manager who will be responsible for growth and development of a unique delivery proposition for our Customers to enable selection which requires a long lead time from order to delivery. Our Long Lead Time program enables Furniture Selling Partners to list incremental made-to-order and customized furniture items on Amazon. You support Selling Partners to list their items and optimizing the customer experience. You also look for synergies with other programs (for example our heavy/bulky Selling Partner programs) to maximize customer and seller experience. In this young business unit you also have a chance to help improving and shaping the future of the program and enable our Selling Partners to grow further.

You will need to be a dynamic and motivated individual responsible for building relationships with our Selling Partners to support them in joining the program and ensuring their long term success. Through project work, you will also support improvements across the wider Heavy & Bulky business to develop the program and bring new features to our Selling Partners and Customers.

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience including 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.

Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.

Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.

Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

Superior communication and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of business-to-business selling

Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment (including technical, marketing, design and merchandising teams), chasing down and following up on dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary

High attention to detail and the management of multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others.

Experience Using Salesforce.com Or Other CRM Tool.

Creative, has initiative, and can constructively advocate on behalf of the customer.
