The Amazon Incentives (Corporate Gift Cards (GC)) team is a rapidly growing and strategic business that plays a pivotal role in driving the Amazon flywheel by offering the most effective incentive options for business customers. We are looking for an individual who is motivated by delivering results to own content marketing, customer research, and the end to end marketing strategy for the Amazon Incentives business. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a breadth of programs across many marketing aspects. It is ideal for someone who wants to develop a robust B2B marketing skillset.

Amazon Incentives is looking for an experienced, self-motivated (London based) EU Marketing Manager to build and oversee marketing initiatives for a 1 year duration. The candidate will require exceptional analytical skills, work with a high degree of autonomy, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across various functional teams (Business Development, Account Management, Product and Design) and seniority levels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support international expansion projects, optimize key sales channels such as lead generation, create new marketing plans, and drive improvements across customer touch-points.

Your efforts will influence the Product, Operations, and Marketing roadmaps to grow the business through a customer-obsessed lens.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own development, execution, optimization, and analysis of marketing strategies for the business
  • Support the strategic development of traffic

and lead generation for Amazon Incentives .

  • Define creative, high quality, simple marketing material that highlights the benefits of our products to the right audience at the right time. Create marketing material for sales teams.
  • Ensure the on-site marketing messages the right customer at the right time.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience for B2B Gift Card products and features.
  • Analyse shopping behaviours and customer needs, using this data to create business opportunities and prioritize investment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business and/or relevant field of study.
  • Extensive experience in marketing or project management.
  • Strong communicator with strong presentation and writing skills
  • High attention to detail ability to execute methodically.
  • Confidence operating independently and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • German, Spanish or French is a plus
  • Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in demand forecasting and marketing ROI analysis.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management
  • Past experience with digital technologies, payment products, B2B, media or e-commerce
  • Experience with online merchandising and Content-Management-System tools (XML skills)
  • Working experience in an international environment
