Amazon, one of the world-leaders in e-commerce is looking for a smart, innovative and driven individual to be part of the 3P Private Brands program for Europe. Private Brands allows 3rd Party Selling Partners to list on Amazon Owned Brands, and leverage Amazon’s brand merchandising in growing their sales.

The ideal candidate will be excited about working in a ‘start-up’ environment with significant ambiguity. They will have demonstrated the ability influence businesses of all sizes as we as and internal teams, and will be passionate about scaling a new program

Key job responsibilities

  • Recruiting and onboarding new and existing Selling Partners to the Private Brand program.
  • In-depth KPI analysis of Selling Partner performance and industry trends, in order to identify the right products to produce.
  • Helping Selling Partners to learn and master tools and systems to ensure day-to-day business autonomy on Amazon.
  • Working with the Private Brand teams in Luxembourg, Seattle and China to learn from best practice and improve the program for Selling Partners and customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent German speaker required.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience including 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business development experience
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • SQL proficiency
  • Proven track-record as individual contributor in fostering key client relationships and hitting monthly / quarterly sales quotas.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets.
  • Strong analytic and project management skills. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across business-development, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.
  • Good balance between strategic / analytical skills and operational execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts up to Director/VP level
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
