Job Responsibilities:

• This is an exciting opportunity to join the the Crew Learning team at the Global Learning Academy.
• In this role of Crew Trainer Development Executive you will work alongside the Learning Team Lead accountable for Development and you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and delivery of timely consistent development plans to enhance the knowledge and skill set of the Crew Learning Trainers.
• Do you have strong communication skills, the ability to interpret data, making informed decisions in an ever changing environment? then you could be the person for this role.
