Governance and Reporting Analyst

As a Barclays Governance and Reporting Analyst, you will work with the Project teams to ensure project delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with the Barclays technology strategy, policies and standards. Supporting project delivery, improving the speed, efficiency and successful outcomes of change projects. What will you be doing?

• Maintaining and managing project documentation, facilitating senior stakeholder forums, helping to ensure that decisions are made by the right people and based on the right information
• Supporting the identification and management of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies impacting delivery across the change portfolio
• You will, in partnership, with the project teams and Finance lead, maintain workforce plans and financial forecasts, drawing insights to enable prioritisation and decision making
• Supporting projects in tracking milestones, outcomes and benefits ensuring timely and transparent status reporting
• You will support the PMO Manager in driving best practice and providing management information across the Workplace and Collaboration change portfolio
• Delivering accurate ad timely reporting to all stakeholders supporting decision making
• Managing execution risk effectively, deliver on our Group strategy and satisfy all our stakeholders, we must deliver our initiatives consistently and transparently
• Driving best practice aligned to the Barclays change delivery control standards and collaboratively working within the wider technology PMO community

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience of working in a reporting analyst role with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders along with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to influence others
• Highly organized with good attention to detail, able to identify and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to use your initiative and make decisions

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

• Working knowledge of change frameworks, standards and policies
• Understanding of project governance requirements

Where will you be working?

You will be based in Radbroke Hall, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our Tech Command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
