Workplace Behaviorist Lead

Glasgow

As a Barclays Workplace Behaviorist Lead, you will develop and drive the agenda for hybrid workplace behaviors in partnership with the technology, digital product, HR and workplace teams aligned to the business outcomes. You will, through insights and innovative design thinking create individual and team behavior initiatives and ways of working for pilot and testing for the different areas of the business. You will be accountable for supporting pilot programs and measuring the impact of activity on business performance.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing workplace behavior and ways of working frameworks to support hybrid working
  • Creating leadership and team approaches to educate and build work performance
  • Delivering research and insights to drive the cultural direction of all teams
  • Aligning with the Design House partners to ensure a collaborative approach to people and policy
  • Actively ensuring business and strategic site charter engagement to create fit for purpose solutions
  • Partnering with all teams to brief in the behavioral workplace needs for a future proof workplace

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Professional / technical experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Previous relevant experience within the learning and development workplace sector, Executive coaching and learning design across complex environments
  • Significant examples of innovation and delivery of enhanced workplace cultural shift, change management and colleague experience in a large scale organization

  • Ability to Identifies key info / data required to support decisions
  • Can spot patterns in data and recognizes reasons and implications
  • Flexibility to changes effecting own work
  • Ability to think of novel adaptations to improve existing processes and practices
