From assisting in the preparation of building condition surveys to supervising repairs and the work of contractors, it’s a varied role.

You’re a graduate with a RICs-accredited degree and ideally some experience of property management and maintenance. Knowledge of building regulations, safety issues, and relevant codes of practice is expected. Good communication and team-working skills are important, and you should also have the ability to use Microsoft Office to prepare correspondence and reports. A full driving licence is essential.
