Marketing Assistant – Beauty & Brand Partnerships Cobrand:

Closing Date – 25th October

Sitting within the Beauty & Brand Partnerships team in the Loyalty Proposition Team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships through developing, executing and evolving targeted marketing communications with our external brand partners. You’ll also help develop market leading CRM strategies aligned to brand and Loyalty objectives; delivering personalised content inspiring our customers to feel good.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager you will work cross functionally with internal and external teams, including wider marketing, trading teams and supplier management teams to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results for Boots and our suppliers. You will also work with our Insights team and internal agencies to create and deliver best in class emails. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

  • Deliver and manage supplier co-branded Loyalty emails and direct mails meeting Boots, brand and customer objectives.
  • Own the end to end co-brand process; including assessing campaign suitability, integration points, agency and budget management and identification of new opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret customer and business needs and judge creative to see that it meets these objectives.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in the use of our data.
  • Produce clear, concise and insightful briefs to ensure clear direction.
  • Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales – being ambitious for brand performance with a test and learn attitude.
  • Track results and manage team reporting.


About you:

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A creative individual with a customer-first mind set.
  • Working in marketing and preferably 121 and/or digital environment with experience in Email and Direct Mail and familiar with emerging CRM technologies.
  • Passionate about Boots and our customers and keen interest in beauty and skincare.
  • Proactive in finding solutions not problems.
